Insurance Carriers

We accept most major insurance plans, however you should always check with your insurance plan prior to your visit.

As a courtesy we will file your medical claim on your behalf. However, your medical insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to make sure their insurance provider properly processes the claim. You should also review your contract to determine any copay amount, deductible and/or co-insurance percentages that you will be responsible for paying.  Also note that some policies have what are called exclusions or riders, such as an acne or foot care exclusion. These exclusions mean that any treatment of those conditions is NOT going to be paid for by your insurance company. Understanding what conditions and/or treatments are excluded under the policy is the patient’s responsibility. You may also wish to inform your doctor of these exclusions at the time of service.

We only accept Tennessee BlueCross BlueShield’s BlueCare and TennCare Select & CoverKids plans.

We do not accept medicaid plans administered by United Healthcare or any medicaid plans administered by any states other than Tennessee.
